eFees

 

Virtual assistance fees are per hour or by retainer.  Hourly fees range from $50 - $60 per hour and are determined depending on the Client's specific work requirements, deadline, skill set required, and other pertinent factors. 

 

Clients are also responsible for expenses that are incurred during each work request (i.e. long distance phone charges for appointment or event planning, project supplies, shipping costs, etc.).  

 

A signed contract detailing description of services and fees agreement is required before any virtual assistance begins. 

 

Hourly and retainer fees are required to be paid in full before any virtual assistance begins.

 

Refer a new client to eOfficeVisions, and receive two (2) free hours of administrative services upon receipt of contract. 


Retainers

Retainers are available at a discounted rate and for a minimum of 3 months. 

If termination is necessary by either party, a 30 day termination notice is required in advance. 

All retainers are paid in advance on a monthly basis.


Payments 

A $35 service fee for non-sufficient funds will apply to all returned checks. 

All past due invoices and retainer payments will incur late fees.

Payments are accepted in U.S. funds and in the form of credit card/debit card, or Paypal.

For your convenience and security, use PayPal to pay with your debit or credit card or by transferring funds directly from your bank account. PayPal - a free online system - is safe, easy to use, and is used by thousands of businesses on the Web. Note: PayPal no longer requires a PayPal account to make debit/credit card payments.

To make a payment, simply click on the PayPal button, no need to register if paying by credit or debit card, and click on "Send Money."
